For the video that we post before, we must do a presentation in class. Where our beloved lecturer Mr. Ahmad elaborate to us that to do the presentation we must have the speech like the picture above.

This video clip is actually about the tourism campaign to promote tourism for visiting Malaysia. This clip video is playing ‘Rasa Sayang’ song which is I think really interesting song. The lyrics of this song is modified more to describe how unique of Malaysia with many culture and live in harmony together. Moreover, the lyrics of this song are modified into many languages that used in Malaysia. This clip video is interesting for me. Enjoy this video!....=)

This video is about three friends who consist of Malays, Chinese and Indian. It is a flashback memory where Lim and Hassan met by accident at the hospital due to small accident. Even though they had been a long time not see each other, but they still can recognize. I am interested to choose this video because this video have lots of lessons.

For me, this video is about the concept of 1 Malaysia because they become friends regardless of race and religion. It also highlights the high value of friendship. This can be seen at the time of Hassan's circumcision where Lim and Param wait for Hassan circumcised by 'tok mudim', and then carry him used a bicycle. Param pedal slowly while Lim helped Hassan to walk because they know that Hassan are not in a good condition. This shows their caring and helpful nature.

As the conclusion,we should respect each other and be friend with everybody regardless of race and religion to keep our country in peace and unite.

This video clip is taken from the you tube. This video is about the multiple ethnic relation in Malaysia. This video is uploaded by the you tube user, nasirharis88. There are no further information about the video, but from the scenery in the video I'm guessing that this video was made by the IIUM's students. The video are about the multiple ethnic relation in Malaysia, the crisis that occur in Malaysia and how to avoid the crisis from happen again.

The multiple ethnic relation in Malaysia is one of the symbol of our country. The main ethnic in Malaysia are Chinese, Indian, and Malay. Malaysia is very proud of the multiple ethnic. Even though, the differences between the ethnic are very clear, such as the religion, languages, cultures and many more. Despite that we are be able to live together in the same country.

However, there are still many crisis had happened in our country because of the different ethnic, even though we be able to live together and work together and such. The example of the crisis are like chaos, discrimination, ethnic violent. The cause of the crisis are the religion, every one have their own way of practice, economic, the differences in working sectors and the domination of the economic sectors, culture and language, the racial interest like choosing friends, jobs and partners, polarization between ethnic group, and the politic.

The solution that we can take is the individuals have their own responsibilities. The example of the individuals are such as parents, the authorities, community and so on. To solve the crisis we must have good social iteration between the ethnic, pay them a visit when they are sick, uphold the right of all neighbor, respect others including religion, culture and language, and communicate well with them.

As the nutshell, from the video we can learn that to create a peaceful country we must be unite and respect others even though they are different from us.

Apad's Video Clip's Choice

This video told a story of 3 good friends that are all from different races. There went to 'pasar malam' together and during at the 'pasar malam' they had talked and found out many things related to the different ethnic in Malaysia that can live happily ever after. This video had leaved many good messages for us as a Malaysian and with some humorous this video is very interesting to watch. There are three reasons why this video was choose.

Firstly because this video has shown us that even though these 3 guys are from different races, they can still become a good friend because they respect and understanding each other without any racism.

Secondly because this video also told us a very important message that in order to make Malaysia become a developed country or in other word to make Wawasan 2020 become reality we as a Malaysian citizen must unite and together we take care this country.

Lastly, this video has shown us that we as a Malaysian are very grateful to become part of Malaysia because with a lot of different ethnic we can taste a lot of different kind of food, see other culture and learn many different languages and still we can live peacefully.

Overall, this video had given us many good message regarding to ethnic relation and more video like this must be publish in order to give awareness to the people out there the important of unity and how lucky we are to become the citizen of Malaysia and last word from me, let us unite and support the slogan of 1 Malaysia.

It's already 1st of October......time are running really fast....ok,let we revise what activities that we did along this semester till the end of September......

Firstly,we did the WORD-SEARCH...we search words that hidden in the paper then we gave the meaning of the word. All the words related to the basic concept of Ethnic Relations. Then,the students that been chose by our lecturer,explained the word based on their understanding.Such as:

• Stereotype

Negative public statements against any ethnic group or excessive representation of a commission of good or bad an ethnic group. In other word,it as old as human culture itself.
eg:The Dutch are stingy.

Then, for the next class..we been given paper with picture on it by our lecturer and we need to complete the paper with dialog that related to the ETHNIC RELATION. Besides that,we need to colour the cartoon in the paper. The objective of this activities are to ensure that we really understand the topic that we choose and make us remembered it...The third activities that we do was a COMIC..we need to draw cartoons, colour it, and make a dialog from it based on our creativity as long it's related to the topic that had been given. After we did the comic,we need to act just like the comic..we did the DRAMA based on the topic of Instability...it took times for two weeks to finish the activity.

Our next activity was FORUM. One representative from each groups need to sit in front to answer the question that asked by others and Aiesyah Ghazali was the representative from our group. This three activities are related to the history perspectives from various aspects such as social,economic,politic and etc.

Our ongoing activities are CROSSWORD PUZZLE and SURVEY. We built up a few questions and answers for each questions and then we submitted it to our lecturer for the crossword puzzle. As for the survey,we need to make an online survey to get the feedback and opinions from others about the topic that we choose. That's all the activities that we did until the end of September.^^...
